The Publicans Vessel — Patent Drawing of the American Beer Mug is a drawing from the era when American brewing was a serious industrial science — pumps, racks, and cooling coils designed by men who understood that beer is mostly a problem of temperature.

Framing & Finish

Each piece is printed in-house on premium canvas and available in three finishes:

  • Ebony — deep black frame with ornate carved detailing; sharp contrast that lets the line work breathe
  • Verdigris — aged copper-green finish with antique patina; the signature Bella Frye look
  • Bourbon — warm walnut tone with ornate relief; pairs beautifully with the warmth of aged drafting paper
