Free shipping on all orders within the United States.

Processing time
Every piece is printed and framed in our Pacific Northwest studio. Orders take 2–3 business days to produce and ship. We do not ship on weekends or US holidays.

Delivery time
Once shipped, most orders arrive in 4–5 business days via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Total time from order to delivery is typically 6–8 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with carrier delays, weather, and peak holiday periods. Hand-textured pieces need up to 4 business days to cure before shipping.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. See our Refund Policy for details.
