Reconstruction & Gilded Age Art
Vintage prints from Reconstruction through the Gilded Age (1865-1898) — presidential portraits from Grant through McKinley, civic monument lithographs, post-war commemorative plates, Centennial Exposition broadsides, and the political lithography of a country relearning itself after the war. Each print is hand-finished in our Pacific Northwest studio and framed in our signature ornate frame. A natural fit for libraries, studies, civic offices, monument-rooms, and any space drawn to the long, complicated work of rebuilding after the war.
